Dispatch

In-stock orders
Dispatched within  24 hours of purchase from our warehouse in Melbourne, Monday to Friday.

Back Orders
Will be dispatched within 24 hours of stock arriving at our warehouse.  Customer will be notified if the stock is not available from our supplier in a timely manner and have the choice to cancel the order or wait for arrival.

Delivery Delays: Due to increased precautions taken by our shipping partners, as well as other contributing factors like fewer domestic flights and increased volumes, some orders might be affected by unexpected delays. Free Pickup

Pickup is available from our store in Mentone, Melbourne.  You will be notified when you order is ready for pickup. Please arrive at the store with your paid invoice and our team will help you.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your location.

Bulking Items
Note: Due to their bulky nature, sand filters, heaters, slides and handrails/ladders will incur additional fees as they are shipped with specialised carriers.  The delivery fee of these items will be quoted based on the individual location.

Safe Arrival Of Your Order

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of your order. We will replace at our expense any product that arrives in not working conditions or damaged during transit. Click here for details

Shipping Carriers

Most parcels are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and Sendle Courier Service. Bulky items such as sand filters and heaters are shipped dependent on individual location.  All delivery services are secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode with a tracking number allowing us to fully track your parcel.

Tracking of Shipments

When we dispatch your goods, a Tracking Number is emailed to the email address you provided at the time you placed your order. This allows you to track the item at the shipper’s website. Please note that an accurate email address must be provided to be able to track your order.

Acceptance of Delivery

A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch and are not refundable. With this in mind, it’s best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible (ensure you can accept them at work).

The Poolstore Warehouse cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Occasionally, some delays may occur from our carriers that we have no control over. In these circumstances, The Poolstore Warehouse will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.
